I haven’t been actively checking out Vocaloid related things for months now, but thank goodness one of my my friends is. And she told me that there’s going to be a new Vocaloid! And that she’s likely a rock star type Vocaloid! So lovely!
My cupboards are long overdued for tidying up and I tackled them recently and a little reluctantly. For one thing, I do have a number of cupboards and they are stuffed full of things. And, I have some packrat tendencies and have no idea what I’ve decided to toss in there. Or under my desk.
So you can just imagine my dread when I opened the cupboard doors.

I was searching for images for the Persona roleplay I’m running when I find that Persona 3 has these Trading Cards and it makes my hand itch for my wallet.
This flash game is my new MMO drug, seriously. Featuring cute mice going against all odds to get cheese and bring it back to their hole, this is the game I play the most after I quit playing Facebook games. I got into it after watching the video below on Kotaku.
I got into around a month ago (the week Mascot Parade took place in Singapore) and it really appeals to my bishonen-loving self. I initially didn’t know it’s a TCG when I bought the Togainu no Chi’s Alice X Cross Trading Card Game starter pack for my sister, although I did suspect that it’s not some normal collecting cards. Then the shopkeeper opened the door to that world to me.

I heard the news some time after it came out, and it was a surprise to me. Garena was not on my guess list, but on hindsight, it makes a lot of sense of it to be approached by Riot Games.
I’m still in the middle of upgrading and merging the site, but I’ve been thinking about adding some more things to my blog here. A Projects page (or something similar), is one of them. It’s a good way to keep track of and share what I have done, especially since I am serious about the idea of a NaNoWriMo plugin.
I know I’ll definitely add a ‘Now Reading’, but after I’m done with the merge. ^^; Setting up so many plugins is a major pain in the behind.
I’ve been meaning to post this for a long time. No, this has nothing to do with internet security. These are real-life scammers who make use of people’s worries and ignorance to cheat them of their hard-earned money.
This is very real, and can happen to you and anyone around you. Especially if you are living in Malaysia or Singapore.

It isn’t much to say that I have been waiting for months for this release. But it couldn’t have come at a better time for me.
I’m taking a break from the internet and related activities in general until I am better. So far resting has been good for me, and I don’t know when I’m going to involve myself with the internet yet, however tentatively. Besides, I got a new temporary job and it’s been keeping me busy. Probably won’t be blogging much unless I really have something to say. I doubt it will be in near future.
I have added a ‘Related Posts’ section to show under the post entries so it’s easier to navigate (aka. get lost) through the contents of this blog. There are several WordPress plugins offering this function, but I am trying out this one called “Yet Another Related Posts Plugin“. It’s working great so far, though I’m still tweaking its options.
On a sidenote, I’m testing out WordPress 3.0 Beta 1 on a test site and probably won’t be upgrading the blog up until I know how not to mess up when getting the multi-site network thing to work.
