I’m still in the middle of upgrading and merging the site, but I’ve been thinking about adding some more things to my blog here. A Projects page (or something similar), is one of them. It’s a good way to keep track of and share what I have done, especially since I am serious about the idea of a NaNoWriMo plugin.
I know I’ll definitely add a ‘Now Reading’, but after I’m done with the merge. ^^; Setting up so many plugins is a major pain in the behind.
I have added a ‘Related Posts’ section to show under the post entries so it’s easier to navigate (aka. get lost) through the contents of this blog. There are several WordPress plugins offering this function, but I am trying out this one called “Yet Another Related Posts Plugin“. It’s working great so far, though I’m still tweaking its options.
On a sidenote, I’m testing out WordPress 3.0 Beta 1 on a test site and probably won’t be upgrading the blog up until I know how not to mess up when getting the multi-site network thing to work.
Was meaning to post this earlier when the restructuring was done but some internet troubles got to me and I haven’t been able to. Anyway, I have renamed categories so they are more accurate, shifted posts around in them, added and changed the tags and finally, added ‘tags’ navigation to the side menu.
So if anyone have set a category archive page or tag archive page as favorite/bookmark (I don’t know if people will do that, actually), I’m terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Hope this makes surfing the site or finding stuff easier. ^^
Decided to spend some time on this blog and made a few changes I’ve been wanting to. I was browsing for another theme but at the end, I still like this one (Color Paper) best, despite some of the issues that ticked me off occasionally.
I addressed some of them today and it’s much more to my satisfaction now. Though it seems I may want to style the Search box as well.

I’ve upgraded up to this version a few days ago and so far things have been smooth. In fact so smooth that I’m considering making and modifying some plugins and themes. That is, before I clear the list of things I want done to my current setup.
Apathetic Moon officially goes live and replaces Silent Ice Moon v.2 as my blog! ^^ It’s going to be a lot more lighthearted since I am locking up all the old old posts in which I angst and emo in. There are still a few things missing and a lot I want to add, but I’ll get to adding them when WordPress 2.7 comes. And setting up multi-blog for my sites. That is, if it doesn’t get me to spend less time on NaNoWriMo. ;_;
After a round of searching and trying out the themes that I find to my taste, I still end up with iTheme. -_-; Oh well, I am alright with it for now. But I’ll definitely make my own theme when AM goes officially live. So many things I want to do, but not enough time or the concentration to do them all, haha.
The gallery plugin thing was nifty but gave me some problems. Gonna have to see about adding pictures in a more simpler way.
Welcome to Apathetic Moon. =) It has much the same vibes as Silent Ice Moon, but is not as wordy. Anyway, it’s still in development phase, don’t be surprised to find that you’re the first visitor but with a whole lot of stuff already in here.
Oh, old posts are archived. Not really very comfortable with a old bunch of my old emo rants somewhere I can find effortlessly and go all emo when reading them.
